Beijing Shunda Container-head Factory
Beijing Shunda Head Manufacture Factory (hereinafter termed as “BJSD?? is the only specialized factory in Beijing which produces head for boilers and pressure vessels, Manufacturing License No: TSB210017-2008.
BJSD was founded in 1988, and renamed into Beijing Shunda Head Manufacture Factory in 1994. After tens of year, BJSD has possessed a suit of WT7500??2 large spinning machine, a SD2500??6 little spinning machine, four 400T-3000T oil pressure machines and all the relevant clamping fixtures. We can wholly stamp heads within 3400mm, and wholly spin heads within 7500 of different thickness and different materials. And the excellent testers can meet the requirement to produce high-quality heads.
BJSD can supply heads of many specifications such as ellipse, plate, awl, arch, flat bottom and hemisphere, segment etc. And we can make heads of bottom of ladle and super- thick heads of converters for iron corporations too. The products have been sold to all over our country such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shanxin, Shangdong, Inner Mongolia, Northeast, Wuhan etc. They are highly honored by clients.
SJSD got the GB/T19001-2000 and ISO9001-2000 Certificate in November 2003. And on Aug 27 2004, we passed the live evaluation on head manufacture for A3 grade organized by Chinese Boiler Pressure Vessel Inspects Association, and got the head manufacturing license for A3 grade authorized by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China.
BJSD has a 2000T oil pressure machine, and have equipped technician and dices for boiler heads and all the other relevant parts. We professionally manufacture tube sheet (including stamping), arch tube sheet and corrugated furnace etc. They are honored greatly by clients.
In May 2005, Changsha Guangxi Head Manufacture Factory, the branch factory in Hunan province, was founded. It possesses a 400T oil pressure machine, a 2000T oil pressure machine, a SD2516 spinning machine and other relevant equipments and dies. And especially, all hemisphere dies was equipped.
In July 2006, the Changsha branch factory started manufacturing. And in October 2006, it passed the live evaluation on head manufacture for A3 grade organized by China Chemical Industry Equipment Association, and got the head manufacturing license for A3 grade authorized by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, Manufacturing License No: TSB210084-2011.
In 2006, TangShan Qianan branch factory was founded. Now, the workshops have started working. The originally installed SD4500 two-step spinning machine has works. And we plan to purchase a sphere-sheet machine and wish to get the manufacturing license of Spherical Shell Plate for A3 grade authorized by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, until the end of 2007.
