?€?€ The company has nine die forging production lines such as 2500ton die forging press, imported 10t·m hydraulic air hammer, 2t and 5t die hammer and so on. All die hammers adopt German damping device, forging heating adopts the advanced KGPS medium-frequency heating techniques, so it has advantages of rapid heating speed, equal temperature, little thermal radiation, high precision of forged piece, good surface quality, clean working environment and environment protection, etc, forging precision can achieve and exceed DIN7526E standard, in addition, normalization of forging adopts the advanced continuous-type isothermal normalizing automatic production line, so the quality of forging ranks the superior level in the country.
?€?€ Casting plant of the company has two set of 10t/h resin bonded sand treatment systems, six 10-25t/h mixing mills, one DISA3030 Disa automatic molding line and matched German BWD sand treatment equipment, two 5t American “Inductotherm??electric furnaces, two 7t automatic charging-type cupolas and other large casting equipments. Therefore, casting production can achieve centralized control and advanced techniques of automatic charging cupola and electric furnace dual melting, and thus QT400-QT800, HT200-350 and diversified alloy castings can be melted, max. unit weight of casting produced can reach 30 tons, and large-scale shot-blasting room can accomplish the shot blasting of large casting in 9×4.5×2.5m, by doing so, inside and outside surfaces quality of medium and large pieces is greatly improved, surface roughness can reach Ra12.5-50 and precision of casting dimension can reach CT8-12 grade. Furthermore, large-scale table fuel temper furnace in 9×2.8×2.2 can achieve the heat treatment on various castings, and product quality ranks the superior level in the country, quality of the export product achieves the level of international first quality.
?€?€ Machinery plat of the company has more than 80 mechanical machining equipments and eight digital-controlled centers. CK75 serial digital-controlled lathes developed by the plant adopts Fanuc digital-controlled system, 45°inclined lathe bed, servo motor and ballscrew driving, linear rolling guide rail, automatic chip removal and full safeguard structure, characterized by high precision, good dynamic stiffness, strong shock resistance and rapid transposition of cutter frame, etc, this products belongs to the domestic digital-controlled machining equipment with leading technology.
