Wuxi Zhuoyue Forging Co., Ltd is conveniently located in the beautiful industrial park of Yuqi Town, Huishan District of Wuxi city, adjacent to the Grand Canal and the State Highway 312, and very close upon the Yuqi Entrance of Hu-Ning Expressway. Since the foundation in December, 2005, the company has established itself as a professional manufacturer specialized in the forging of various kinds of steel forging stock, covering an area of 60Mu with construction of 30 thousand square meters, registered capital 90 million yuan for the first phase.
Under the principle of high quality ensuring subsistence, the company has introduced the advanced equipments and technology among the same trade at home, now boasting more than 20 sets equipments for heavy forging, manufacturing, finishing and testing, which is inclusive of 4000T forging oil press, ?????? Ф5000mm axial and radial ring rolling mill, 5 sets of large vertical lathe Ф5000mm, 10T material loading and unloading material, 20T ?????? operation machine, 4 sets of heating furnaces, a thermal treatment furnace, SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer made in Germany, physical and chemical analysis equipments and flaw detector and etc. The company has already taken the leading position in the manufacturing of the large ring forging.
The forging part, ring part, flange manufactured by our company adopted different materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel of specifications with size range ф1000-ф5000mm and weight of single piece no more than 6000Kg. The products are used principally in: wind power generation, chemical ?????? and mechanical industry, ?????? II-IV flanges of pressure vessel, pipe connecting parts, turning support forging part, forging blank of bearing ring, forging blank of gear ring, rim, tyre die forging bland and etc., and application of ring forging piece and finished products.
