     SHMG began to deign and manufacture the fine press from the fifties. Up to now, it already has fifty years histories. The fine press designed and manufactured has three kinds: JY2000, JY3500 and JY4000. This series of the fine presses have a good credit standing at home and abroad. Until now, our factory has already produced fourteen presses of these kind and the presses are produced on ours own in China.

 

     This series of fine press adopts the mechanism of pre-tighten combined main-body and crack-toggle, the press has a large rigidity and the stop time of its slide block nearby the end point of stroke is long, so it is suitable for the technology requirement of fine forging. The press uses three stages of drive, disk-type friction clutch and brake. Its work is stable and its action is sensitive and reliable. The press also has a balancer, a bottom knockout device, an upper adjusting device, a moving tool plate and a moving work table etc. The press adopts the PLC control, sets up digital display of pressure and temperature monitors and has three working systems of single time, continuance and adjustment. According to the requirement of users, the working table has two kinds of moving and rotating type.
