The hydraulic forging press produced by our company has features: size is complete, capability is stable, design is advance and structure is reliable. There are YDZ-D series of hydraulic free openside forging press, YDZ series of hydraulic free pillar forging press and YDZ-X series of hydraulic free pull down forging press.

 

     The main structure of YDZ-D series of hydraulic openside forging press is made up of C-type of framework steel-casting, hydraulic cylinder, plunger, pull-rod, crossbeam, control system etc. The main structure of YDZ series of hydraulic free pillar forging press is made up of steel-casting of upper crossbeam and lower cross beam, pillar etc. The upper crossbeam and lower crossbeam are pre-tightened through pillars and nuts to form closed frame and to support the whole pressure. On the movable crossbeam of steel-casting, eight sets of hyperboloidal guide bush are mounted and moved up and down through the pillar. The YDZ-X series of hydraulic free pull down forging press is the same as the hydraulic pillar forging press, but the crossbeams are fixed in the middle. The lower crossbeam and upper crossbeam are pre-tightened through pillars and nuts to form a closed frame to support the whole pressure. The working cylinder is installed on the lower crossbeam. The whole frame can move up and down.

 

     There are many of control form for hydraulic press. At present, the effective form of controlling small and middling type of hydraulic press is servo system of hydraulic valve. Through proving at practice, the operation of this control system is convenient, agile, correct and reliable. For the large tonnage of hydraulic press, the loop control system of D.C motor and control transformer is used. Hydraulic power is supplied by water pump, pressure reservoir and oil pump.
